As I was in US and have returned a month back, the book launch was delayed. However, the silver lining is that a large numbers of book lovers have read it and their response through their ratings and reviews has been very heartening, to say the least. ‘A Soldier’s Dilemma’ by Brig Baqir Shameem is such a great book that revolves around Nagaland. Though Nagaland is a neighbour to India, I have never personally visit the place but it feels like I have been there through this book. The story revolves around a soldier who is in search of her father. She is someone who has always been empowered by her parents to be fearless and courageous, which is no surprise that she has become a soldier. Do read this intriguing book.
